Working in International Teams

Social attitudes, types of behaviour, and the interpretation of his/her role as a youth worker in international teams differ not only due to educational, but also due to cultural backgrounds. This is where this training course comes in, first taking a close look at the existing specific views of leading, directing, assistance, and communication in international teams. Accordingly, the seminar will go through the following aspects: - Optimum use of the team members' potentials and resources - Feedback and decisional processes in international teams - Reflection of practical experience in teamwork and the educational requirements for international teams in conflict situations Furthermore, group dynamic processes will be dealt with, with specific attention to different team roles and to the involvement of participants: From planning to quality assessment of the work in and as a team.
